Went on a lovely bike ride around the bays in Wellington with a good friend and then began the climb up Mt. Victoria. Luckily the weather held up and the sun was shining a bit! Beside the view, my favorite parts about Mt. Victoria is driving through the tunnel....everyone honks as they drive through!!! I get a kick out of it! On the way back around the bays we stopped and I had my first "Jelly Tip", the BEST ice cream bar I have yet had in New Zealand. It is a vanilla bar with a raspberry jelly tip that is covered in chocolate. Yum, now I am hooked! I was also introduced to the "PixieCaramel" which is another amazing treat we picked up at the Dairy (what we would know as a 'corner store').
